Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial credit.
How to Start a Return
To initiate your return, you must submit a request through our Returns Portal. This helps us process your request quickly and ensures you receive the correct return instructions. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s) back.
Processing Your Return
Once your return shipment is received by our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
After inspection, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
You will be notified by email once your return has been successfully processed.
Important Notes
At this time, we do not issue cash refunds; all eligible returns are refunded as store credit only.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for return. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our Customer Support team before submitting your return request. We will make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund in the original form of payment.
